Pothole Repairs
With our infrared process we are faster 20–30-minute repair means minimal disruption to traffic. We eliminate Cold Joints that prevents future entryway for water causing future potholes. We are environmentally friendly by recycling existing asphalt with fresh asphalt to minimize waste.
Sealcoating
Sealcoating will provide a layer of protection blocking out water, oils, and U.V. damage. With Sealcoat it rejuvenates the asphalt surface and protects it with a deep rich black finish with the benefits of a slip resistance surface. With a regularly scheduled Sealcoating program will more than double the life of the asphalt, saving you significant dollars down the line. Instead of having to pay thousands of dollars for new pavement, it is more cost effective to spend only pennies on the dollar per square foot to maintain.
Paint and Other Services
We stripe and restripe parking lots with a premium paint that last for years of durability. Allowing your costumers to see parking spots and road indications easily in all kinds of weather conditions. We also install bollards to protect important or sensitive equipment from damage.
